Use just one bowl to make rainbow colours of frosting with this technique. You'll need

rainbow colour gels but not in the order you think. Start with yellow, scoop that buttercream out of

the bowl and then add more plain white buttercream and orange gel, scooping that out and putting it

in a piping bag or however you're going to use it. Add more plain white buttercream and pink and

for each new colour you'll mix in the leftovers of the previous colour instead of washing and drying

the bowl in between the colours. That's the reason for this order of colours. Each colour blends
